The most complex system of learning, knowing, growing and evolving happens in the purest manner when one is able to surrender to a Guru. Surrendering is never superfluous or conditional for in surrendering one cannot listen to anybody.

The world may claim that the Guru is wrong, fake and pseudo, but your surrendering can happen only when you are true to yourself. This surrendering is what makes the Guru right, it is not based on the sayings of the world that Guru is right, for the world can never make one surrender, for the world only has perceived notions based on conditions and scriptures. The feeling of one to surrender makes the individual a disciple and one surrendered to become a Guru.

One can never make a Guru by just intention or mind unless and until the ego is not there or evolution has not taken the one to the 12th stage of awareness. Intention or mind play of yours is based on your own ego satisfaction.
If a mistake happens your own mind will never correct you. It will keep playing with you. It is like saying you see any girl or boy and mentally marry her or him, you may consider the person to be wife or husband but does the other person accept it or deny it or reject it; you never know.
A living Guru is essential for every single moment of growth of you. A guru is someone who shows you the path. A photograph or idol cannot show you the way so that guru is useless. If you become sick, and you worship the photograph of a doctor, will your illness go away. It will never go.It will keep pushing you on a more conditional path.

The self is in itself invisible, unfathomable, unnamed and formless, the mind with Time and Space manifests itself like a smoke from the burning lamp. The smoke in itself termed as Devata, Parameshvara and Isvara and millions of other names under various religions and cultures who work at different levels of casual elements providing casual benefits that are related to the grossest desires or longevity, health, wealth, fame, wives, husbands, children, power, control or gross desires of power and control.

But the Citta (Consciousness) in its subtle sense can see the smoke merge back into the time and space while mind remains quite glaring visible empty handed. For the whole concept was created by the mind through the medium of SELF. Therefore all the divinities one connects to are nothing more than the dreams, aspirations and desires of the SELF itself.

It is this SELF that provides a name too for the SELF under different titles and lineages which are based on a certain hierarchy principles and norms are there to facilitate the SELF to remain in the most lofty heights and comforts that the SELF can imagine and create for itself. The self within the SELF which is heightened by the mind, time and space is a witness to the centers and conditions. The day and moment one realizes the self within the SELF one truly understands the Truth.

I loved someone who said a acharya teaches while a guru bestows; can acharya teach to one who cannot learn, can a guru bestow to one who is learned. This fallacy created by some people have destroyed the sanctity of learning and knowing.
A true acharya is one who gives the knowledge of beyond self, while a true guru bestows wisdom beyond the spirit essence within.
Thus when one comes to a true acharya to learn He has to truly be ready to unlearn, unlearn the very ground one stands upon for the ground is flimsy and breaks down with a little pressure. This way of learning the art of unlearning cannot be had from a conditional acharya. Such a conditional acharya and conditional learner both live a frustrated and depressed life, both keep on searching in all directions, seek knowledge from all resources, keep complaining and keep seeking only superficial knowledge.
A true seeker stops when one finds true acharya and a acharya becomes truth when one meets a satguru.

So on the journey of the truth, One may have many friends, many colleagues, many intimate friends, many relatives but one shall only have one mother and one father, similarly one can truly have many teachers, Acharya’s but like one mother and father one can have only one Guru. The faith of the surrender transforms the Guru as a Satguru.
