Manasa Citta

Life many times leave us at crossroads, crossroads where one has to find ways of knowing the self through the options laid before us.
Sometimes it is rather frustrating when one is not able to see the options at the crossroads, yet one is aware that one has to make selection from the unknown options waiting for us to be selected.
That is how exciting and adventurous life is.
One moment we know that we are following a path and then we end up at a crossroads where new selection and new wave of life waits for us. Right or wrong all choices happen when the move is either from the heart or from the head.
When the move happens from heart with a strong commitment from within the heart loses out with the passage of time for the mind takes over and then issues happens that break the individual from within.
Similarly when the move happens from head, all the logic, rationale and practicality in place it too loses out over a short period of time for heart takes over.
It is this game of heart and head that breaks or makes the choices taken as valid for life. When the losers come into play then life becomes full of compromises and adjustments and every moment is filled with pressures of life and its struggle coupled with desires, hopes and ambitions.
The issue is not about heart or mind, it is the assumption that we are going by heart or mind, while the whole time we are falling for the desire itself and hoping that the desire is accepted by the heart or mind which in reality rarely happens.
The day and moment one rises above heart and head and sees the situation one finds that the choice is there and it has its roots in the desire, hope but when we utilize the core within us we know that heart and head both have a way which has commonness within and it is this commonness when accepted then the merging of the heart and head happens leading one to be on the path of manasa (heart+mind) held in place by consciousness. Then it is called Manasa Citta.
A powerful force that works through the duality of life, like Ida and Pingala nadis existing within the subtle bodies, the churning of these two nadis bring out the nectar called Susumna Nadi allowing the anahata Chakra to open up and connect with the self in the most natural form wherein the Aghora and Aghori come together as a union of Shiva and Shakti.
