1 cup Brahmi leaves(Bacopa monnieri ). Clean and wash
A pinch of black salt.
1 teaspoon honey.
250 ml cold plain water.
1/4 tsp cumin seed powder(roasted)
A pinch of black pepper powder.
Add on:- ½ teaspoon mint leaves/ coriander leaves finely chopped
In a blender grind the Brahmi leaves. Take the glass of water and mix honey in it once the honey has properly dissolved then add the roasted cumin seed, black pepper and black salt to it and again mix well Once the whole thing is properly mixed then add Bramhi paste to it again mix it well. This can be done in the blender also.
Decorate it with finely chopped mint/coriander leaves.
Comment : Great memory booster, stress reducer. Over a period of time it helps in balancing the BP, balancing the co-ordination between left and right sides of the brain.
